Terms of Service

To commission me, please be aware you must agree to all of the following:

  • The art that you received is not to be used commercially in any way, shape, or form.

  • The piece is, however, available for your personal use. This includes reprinting, editing, resizing or cropping. When using the piece as an icon or reposting on your platforms, please provide the appropriate credits.

  • I reserve the right to post my work on my platforms as further advertising, but will accept requests to not post pieces.

  • I may turn down any commission as I see fit.

  • I will provide you with updates on progress upon request. Small edits are free of charge, but larger edits when the piece is past the lineart phase will need to be paid for.

Payment and Refunds

  • Payments are to be received through Paypal Invoices.

  • Please provide your Paypal email when requesting a commission.

  • I will provide you with a sketch before sending the invoice, and the finished piece will be provided after the invoice has been paid for.

  • Once the invoice has been sent out, you will have 5 days to pay for it or the commission will be halted.

  • Refunds: Partial refunds can be given during the lineart stage, and no refunds will be given after that point.

What program and tablet do you use to draw?

  • I use Clip Studio Paint as my main drawing program, but have used Krita and Photoshop CS6.

  • As for tablet, I use the Wacom Cintiq 16 Screen Drawing Tablet.

What currency do I use to pay?

  • I accept strictly USD (United States Dollar), and you can easily find the exchange rate with a quick Google search.

  • I DO NOT accept exposure as a payment.

Can I repost your art?

  • You may repost my noncommissioned art on your platform with the appropriate credits.

  • Only the commissioner and myself may repost commissioned art on their platform. Please ask beforehand if you wish to use my commissioned art personally.

  • None of my art is to be reused for a commercial purpose or to make a profit.
